Ingredients:
Directions: Toss all ingredients into high-powered blender, and blend until creamy (scrape sides as necessary). Add a little bit of water by the Tablespoon for a thinner consistency. Use on top of roasted veggies, quinoa pasta, or as a dressing for salad. Will keep for 5 days.
