Blueberry Dreamsicles

Make 10 popsicles

Ingredients:
1 c. coconut milk (canned – full fat)
1 c. almond milk
1 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
sweetener of choice: raw honey (1/4 c.), pure maple syrup (1/4 c.), stevia (to taste – VERY strong)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Distribute mixture into the popsicle molds evenly. Cap and place in freezer for at least 3 hours.
  3. Enjoy!
